Roberts and Prowse are pleased to announce the opening of additional office space at Windrush House in Witney, Oxfordshire, marking a significant step in the company’s continued growth and expansion into the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Facilities Management sector.

This new Witney office complements our existing locations in Swindon, Aylesbury and Wales, and has been strategically established to support and strengthen the delivery of facilities management services across Carterton, Witney and the wider Oxfordshire area.

To meet increasing demand, the office is staffed by a team of seven experienced Contracts Managers, bringing expertise across electrical, mechanical and building services disciplines. This ensures comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the services we provide, enabling us to maintain high standards of delivery and responsiveness for our clients.

We’re currently delivering a replacement steel district heating pipework installation serving accommodation and office buildings on a local authority site.

This project has involved:

• Excavation and removal of existing concrete slabs
• Safe decommissioning of ageing heating pipework
• Thorough cleaning of trenches, removing silt and debris
• Precise on-site measurement for new prefabricated steel pipework
• Pipe Fabrication carried out at our Swindon Head Office, ready for installation

By prefabricating the steel pipework off-site, we’re improving efficiency, quality control, and reducing disruption during installation.

Great progress so far, looking forward to the next phase of installation.

As 2025 comes to a close, we at Roberts and Prowse want to take a moment to say a thank you to our amazing staff and valued clients. Your continued support and dedication have helped us navigate both the challenges and successes of the past year, and we are truly grateful.

Together, we have achieved so much, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

This year has also been a poignant one for our business, as we said goodbye to Colin Harris and Roger Bannister who sadly passed away this summer, both played a huge part in the operations and growth of Roberts and Prowse. They will be greatly missed, and their contribution and legacy will always remain a part of who we are.

We are proud to have continued giving back to our community by supporting local youth Swindon Supermarine, Swindon Town Football Club as well as family events for the Ministry of Defence. These efforts reflect our commitment to community spirit and supporting the next generation.

As the festive season approaches, we wish you and your loved ones a Christmas filled with warmth and happiness, and a New Year that brings hope, health and prosperity.

I have been, amongst others, a key part of the business for many years, long before the management buy-out, and I am proud of the role I have played in driving the company’s growth and development.
