Five Fly-tippers Ordered to Pay Nearly £7,000 After Cannabis Farm Tools Dumped in Neath Valley.

Neath Port Talbot Council has successfully prosecuted four men and a woman involved in fly-tipping, after the remains of a cannabis farm were discovered on land near Resolven.
