The TC range uses a spray system rather than the cheap drip-tray method. Water sprays upward onto chilled moulds, which freezes the ice layer by layer. The result is a denser, clearer cube that lasts longer in the glass and doesn't dilute the drink. Real cube ice, the way your customers expect it.
