Sometimes a bolt drilling exercise for a customer is the ultimate satisfaction an engineer can have!

M10 bolt snapped clean in a VW Caddy gearbox bracket, customer had already started drilling but was way off centre so this was a challenge in drilling straight, straightening the partial hole that customer had started and DEFINITELY not snapping anything in the hole to make it worse!

When the carcass of the bolt started coming out with the tap...you just can't beat that feeling! 😁😁😁
