A little before and after 🙌 it’s easy to forget how far we’ve come until you look back at where we started! Plenty of hard work has gone into getting our new Gravel Works site where it is today and we’re still nowhere near finished.

🚛 WE’RE HIRING – HGV DRIVER / YARD OPERATIVE 🚛

Gravel Works Ltd are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team in Fforestfach, Swansea.

This is a hands-on role and we’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in.

The role will include:
🔹 Occasional HGV driving & local deliveries for holiday cover
🔹 Operating a skid steer
🔹 Loading and moving aggregates/materials
🔹 General yard work
🔹 Manual handling and physical work
🔹 Helping with the day-to-day running of a busy builders' merchant/concrete yard

You must:
✅ Hold a valid HGV licence and CPC
✅ Be confident operating a skid steer/ forklift
✅ Be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
✅ Be reliable and able to work as part of a small team
✅ Be willing to turn your hand to different jobs throughout the day
✅ Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather

This can be a physically demanding and challenging job at times, so we want someone who understands the nature of yard work and is genuinely prepared to get stuck in.
