A set of hand wheel extensions complete. ✅

Complete in a RAL 9005 black powder coated finish, these three extensions were manufactured with additional cap tops and flanges to allow them to be fitted to the valve stem perfectly, in addition to the top of the extensions being designed to suit the valves existing hand wheel.

Multi-Turn Operation Package

Last month, we supplied a complete multi-turn operation package comprising three QKBG400 multi-turn bevel gearboxes, each complete with a mounting bracket featuring strengthening ribs, a coupling, and a 450 mm diameter handwheel to suit our customer's 3", 4", and 6" valve tops.

Check out a recently completed project requiring one of our QKCW02 chain wheels to be mounted to our customer's free issue gate valve.

To achieve this, we were required to design and manufacture a stainless steel backing plate to fit the chain wheel to the existing valve hand wheel, allowing the valve to be chain operated from ground level.

Ensuring everything fits together perfectly. 🧩

For this project, we manufactured a bespoke stainless steel mounting kit to securely mount our customer's valve and switch box assembly.

Designed specifically for their application, the mounting kit provides a strong, corrosion resistant solution while ensuring accurate alignment.

Every component was manufactured in-house to meet the customer's exact requirements.

Another bespoke solution, designed around our customer's existing equipment.

This stainless steel lockable valve extension was manufactured to suit our customer's free issue valve and switch box, providing a secure and practical way to operate the valve while maintaining easy access.

To complete the assembly, we also designed and manufactured a custom bracket and locking device, allowing the original valve lever to be refitted to the top of the extension beneath the switch box, whilst having the option to lock the valve in an "open" or "close" position.
