This whole crop maize harvest, from our own farm, is going straight into Severn Trent’s Green Power anaerobic digester energy plant where it will produce electricity and offset the carbon Cotterills produce from their operations.

SuDS is mandatory in 2026 — is your next development ready?

Schedule 3 of the Flood and Water Management Act will require Sustainable Drainage Systems on qualifying new developments, with SuDS Approval Body sign-off needed before construction starts. That means drainage design has to be considered from day one, not bolted on later.
