TrAle Gold: hose construction that earns the "premium" label

Our example pictured is: Two braids of steel wire reinforcement. Synthetic rubber inner tube resistant to hydraulic oil. RockCover outer layer for abrasion, ozone and weathering resistance. Working Temperature -40°C to +100°C. Rated to 420 bar.

Contamination doesn't always announce itself, until it does.

This Filter Cart came in for a service, we discovered heavy contamination, working its way into the filters and pump.

Our team carried out a full strip-down and clean, right through to the filters and pump, clearing out the contamination and getting everything running as it should.

The result: the pump running freely again, and the filter cart back to full working order.

Regular servicing catches this kind of thing before it becomes a breakdown. If it's been a while since your hydraulic system had a proper look inside, get in touch.
