Lots of miles covered today!

Started the day in Gloucester diagnosing a few oil leaks on an electric forklift, then over to Brize Norton to reassemble a mast. Next stop was Swindon to investigate a grinding noise on a reach truck 🫣.

To finish the day, something a little different—a non-starting Vanguard V-twin engine in a mower. A bit of fault-finding later and it's now purring nicely again.

Nissan electric forklift drive hub oil leak rectified ✅️

Called out to a Nissan with an oil leak, finding a wet drive wheel! Removal and disassembly of the drive unit found a failed seal and a damaged seal guide caused by ingress of pallet wrap!
