ONNETT enables drilling equipment manufacturers to interface to a central drilling control network
Manufacturers can build software applications for their drilling equipment which sit on the ONNETT network and become available to the drillers, and at local and remote workstations. The software applications built by the equipment manufacturers and supported by Mormond Engineering conform to a comm
on ONNETT standard which give a common style and function for all operated equipment. Working to a common standard, the drilling package can be built flexibly, to a very high standard and still be very cost effective. Mormond Engineering does not supply drilling equipment, or control systems which directly control drilling equipment. Therefore Drilling Equipment Manufacturers will be able to bid for new projects without having to deal through their competitors.
