Job Title: Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Location: Walton, Street
About the Role:
• Join a local established family business which provides a high-quality service to our customers.
• Domestic, Commercial, LPG and Air conditioning servicing, repairs and installation in line with Gas Safe regulations.
• Deliver routine maintenance and safety checks for heating and hot water systems.
• Complete Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR) and ensure full compliance with all relevant standards.
• Diagnose and repair faults on heating systems quickly and effectively.
• Basic plumbing repairs and replacements
• Provide clear communication and excellent service to residents, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate records and digital job reports for compliance and invoicing purposes via a job software.
Key Requirements:
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Able to liaise with office throughout schedule
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence
• Must hold Domestic Gas Qualifications
• Prior experience as a plumbing/heating engineer
Preferred but not essential:
• Commercial Gas Qualifications
• LPG Gas Qualifications
What We Offer:
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (weekend call outs may be required on an ad-hoc basis)
