- CNC Press Brake Operator

We are seeking a passionate and motivated CNC Press Brake / Punch / Powder Coater Trainee, someone who takes pride in their work and already has pre existing knowledge of sheet metal parts

The ideal candidate will possess:
✅ A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the engineering sector, specifically in sheet metal work.
✅ At least 1 years’ experience operating Press Brakes.
Familiarity with engineering drawings and the ability to interpret them accurately.
✅ A willingness and enthusiasm to be trained in other engineering processes.
✅ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
✅ A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
✅ A forklift license.

Working arrangements:

✅Monday to Thursday, 6:55am to 3:55pm and Friday, 6:55am to 12:55pm – overtime may be available depending on workload.
✅28 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays.
✅Rate of pay between £14.50 – £15.00 per hour.

- Fabricator/Welder

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team — someone who takes pride in their work and can bring technical drawings to life through precision fabrication.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

✅ MIG welding of mild steel sheet (1mm–5mm)

✅ Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to fabricate jobs

✅ Working independently to complete jobs to the high standard

✅ Operating various fabrication equipment, such as:

✅ Guillotine

✅ Steelworker

✅ Pillar Drill

✅ Nutsert tool

✅ Bandsaw

About the Role:
Working primarily with thin sheet metal (1mm–5mm mild steel), you’ll be responsible for fabricating and assembling kilns and various other products from folded components, using supplied technical drawings, incorporating materials such as box section, angle iron. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a hands-on, practical approach. 5 Years of mig welding / fabricating required.
