💜 Employee Spotlight | International Women’s Day 2026 💜

For this year’s , we’re shining a light on Emily Richardson, General Manager at Integraflex, whose journey is a true example of growth, resilience, and leadership.

Emily began her career 13 years ago as a Business Administration Apprentice, gaining hands on experience across customer service, operations and sales. Each step helped her understand the business from the ground up, leading her to manage teams, improve processes and now guide the company with insight and purpose.

Along the way, she’s overcome challenges in a male-dominated industry, focused on creating a supportive workplace, draws daily inspiration from her team, and her daughters, Gracie and Phoebe, who remind her that being a woman should never limit ambition.

Her advice to those starting out?
"Trust yourself, ask questions, embrace opportunities and don’t be afraid to grow through every challenge." 💫
