Well it’s been a while since the last post and a busy start to the year.

HVAC ductwork job in and out the door with 20 loads of ductwork a week off to be galvanised or painted to keep up with the contract.

All 100% visual inspected 10% or 100% DPI depending on inspection report required from client.

All folded, rolled, punched and welded in house by the team for a time sensitive contract JIT just in time.

As one job leaves us we start a new one for steady 3000 man hours for a new client with a different sector of fabrication work.

No mater how big or complex we have the capability and the team to see the job though to the end.

First post of the year, I hope everyone has had a good start to the year, we have some exciting new work coming though the work shop / new jobs starting soon.

So that’s the last of the stainless steel round contract off out the door and off to the client in Somerset.

We very happy with the outcome of the job, talks are in place to bid and try and win the same work again for the next site in Suffolk 🤞

New work for the stainless steel workshop.

So you know what that means?, more weld procedures. This means getting RJ Welding Engineering LTD back in to add more WPQR’S to the book.

Also a workshop inspection and our first off in production in front of the end client from Somerset and our client in jarrow to witness.

Good news we have passed with very good feedback from the client.

So this means we have now been signed off to officially start the manufacturing of stainless steel square duct work as part of a new contract, along side ongoing circular duct work.

we have been busy on with a couple of long term projects and some booked in work.

Mobile crushing screeners, conveys, feed decks.
Body swaps
Cat walks/platforms
Tipping souls
Mud guards
New tipper body fit outs and souls
Alloy repairs
Trailer repairs, head boards, pull outs, twist locks
Small box interface electrical components
Stainless steel exhausts
Digger bucket repairs
Hydraulic cylinder repair
Segregation workshop bays for grinding
Trailer fork lift receivers

And lots more, stainless shop still busy with pipes going out the door every week keeping to the deadline.
