REICH are celebrating 80 years in business this year. Founded in the same year the musical Annie Get Your Gun hit Broadway, while they might proclaim There's No Business Like Show Business, we can equally justify There's No Business Like OUR Business. 😊 Our main production facility is still located where it all started, in Bochum, Germany. Our current Managing Director, Christian Reich, is the grandson of the founder Herwarth. In 1946 Bochum was a mining town, and whilst there is no mine today(except for the museum), Bochum is a thriving industrial environment. Life changes but there still exists a continuity. And REICH mirrors this continuity, with a vibrant Research & Development Team ensuring our products are continually designed to meet the changing needs of our customers, today and into the future. From Bochum, REICH now reaches around the globe with 9 subsidiaries and exclusive distribution partners in specific territories. With almost 400 REICH employees globally, our head count is growing almost as fast as our revenue. Our 80th year is on target to be our best yet, but every day, each employee is encouraged to be the best they can be, and supported to learn and get better, and we take this philosophy into driving REICH forward for many more years to come. We thank, and appreciate the support, of our supply chain and our customers that have made the last 80 years possible and look forward to continuing our relationships into the future.
