What does a day in the life of a field engineer really look like?

Last month, we welcomed Ericsson Head of Networks Bassem Salameh and Simon Nowacki to our Bracknell Safety Centre, alongside Ericsson's Work at Height and Training leads.

The aim? To gain first-hand insight into what field engineers experience when installing and maintaining the communications networks we all rely on.

It's encouraging to see operational leaders stepping into their teams' boots, experiencing the challenges, responsibilities and safety considerations that come with the job.

It was a pleasure to host the team and support them throughout the day- even if they did take the easy route down... 😉
