Concerning unusual Ecas 2cv Parts Ltd 'outages'.

Between 14.00hrs Wednesday June 3rd and 15.00hrs Friday June 5th we suffered two 'outage' events.

Wednesday June 3rd at 14.00hrs our website 'platform' Shopify caused/suffered a technical error which closed our website and gave the most unfortunate message "This store does not exist", which I guess meant that part of their system was not 'talking' to the DNS system, that error was solved by 16.00hrs the same day June 3rd. So, we were back up and running, no problems and certainly never a security issue.

Thursday 4th June, separately, the 'domain' we use for our main email ECAS.CO.UK was cancelled because we forgot to pay £35.00 to the USA based company to which BT sold, including ours, all its domain holdings. The cancellation meant that ALL inward emails to us were lost and unrecoverable between 10.20hrs on Thursday June 4th until 13.30 on Friday 5th June.

Believe me, the loss of technical connection can be really quite stressful!

Our apologies for any inconvenience.

All is back up and running as perfectly as ever.

Our Burton exhaust clamps have gone gold (gold coloured ceramic coating) as an option.
So good we made ourselves a goldy looking chain.
These exhaust clamps are equipped with a ceramic coating, ensuring they remain better looking for longer and are more resistant to rust.
