We're delighted to have delivered the first batch of Kia PV5 vans for Green Flag, working in close collaboration with Alphabet and their consultancy team to bring this innovative fleet solution to life.

Using a consultative approach with Green Flag engineers, the conversion was developed as a bespoke design tailored to the daily requirements of roadside patrols. The layout maximises vehicle capability through intelligent space utilisation, including underfloor storage for vehicle batteries and spare wheels, ensuring high-weight equipment can be carried without compromising quality or usability.

The project was completed with an eye-catching livery, uniquely designed by HEX Graphics in partnership with the Green Flag brand team, highlighting the EV element of these vehicles, whilst ensuring safety remains paramount for patrols operating at night through the use of a wide range of reflective vinyl.

Engineering intelligence starts before production begins.

The most valuable engineering decisions aren't made on the workshop floor, they're made long before a vehicle enters production.

By using Virtual Reality to transform CAD designs into immersive experiences, customers can step inside their vehicle conversion before it's built. This allows engineering teams to validate layouts, assess accessibility, optimise storage solutions and identify improvements when changes are fastest, most cost-effective and easiest to implement.

But the benefits go beyond engineering. Virtual Reality gives fleet managers the opportunity to engage drivers and operational teams much earlier in the process, allowing those who will use the vehicle every day to experience the design, provide feedback and identify practical considerations before production. This helps ensure the final conversion works not just on paper, but in the real world.

Yesterday we welcomed our customer Centrica to Bri-Stor Systems to mark the start of their fleet refresh.

This milestone saw the first two completed vehicles, kicking off their 2,500 vehicle refresh across 2026 and 2027. The rollout includes a mix of VW Transporters and Toyota Proaces, replacing vehicles coming out of service.

It was great to bring together partners from VW, Novuna and Pentagon, alongside Toyota, Kinto and WR Davies, as they joined Centrica on site to view the vehicles and mark the start of the build.

Moments like these are a great example of what can be achieved through collaboration, and we’re looking forward to supporting Centrica as the rollout progresses.

Yesterday, we welcomed the Renault Corporate Business Team to Bri-Stor Systems, where they hosted their team meeting before enjoying a day filled with great conversations, and a full factory tour.

It was a fantastic opportunity to spend time together while sharing valuable insight into the work we do.

During the visit, the team explored several key areas across our site, including the Centre of Excellence. They also had the chance to see our manufacturing process up close, with a walk along the production line to understand how our conversions come together from start to finish.
