📰 The Government’s Fair Work Agency has named more than 650 firms that have failed to pay the minimum wage.
The Fair Work Agency was formed through the recently passed Employment Rights Act with aims to enforce employment rules should they be broken.
The announced list of companies failing to pay minimum wage is the first step – the Agency will soon be investigating businesses that deny holiday and sick pay.
Make sure your business stays on the right side of the law with a Tensor Time and Attendance system, which applies all relevant regulations, holiday allocation and sick pay logs to ensure your employees receive what they deserve.
