Unikon UK and Ireland Support

Further to our recent statement explaining the changes to UNIKON Sales and Support within the UK and Ireland, we can now share the contact information for any future enquiries.

Effective from 1st December 2025, Mr. Nico de Heus of the Elektrokon UNIKON group will assume full responsibility for the sales, and after-sales service of all UNIKON products including all UNIKON Club Equipment loan agreements within the United Kingdom and Ireland via its UK partner Pigeon Electronic Ltd.

All sales, service requests, product support, and technical assistance including allocation of annual activation codes will be managed directly by Pigeon Electronic Ltd, who will be fully equipped to provide ongoing customer care.

To UNIKON users and the pigeon racing community, we wish to inform you of an important organisational change regarding the UNIKON sales and support business within the UK and Ireland.

The UNIKON Firmware update 3.22 is now available!

With the recent release of the firmware update 3.22 for UNIKON clocks, it is recommended that all clocks receive the update.

This update applies the same as our previous 3.2 version therefore you can utilize our step by step guide which you can access here: https://www.unikon.co.uk/UNIKON_3.2_Guide/

As well as the video which can be found on the Downloads tab of the UNIKON website here: https://www.unikon.co.uk/downloads/ - please note that the video does not contain any sound.

Once you have accessed these guides on the Downloads page, simply click the link that can be found underneath the picture that matches your loft clock, this will either be ‘Download Champ Update’ or ‘Download Profi Update’, and follow the instructions provided in the guides above.

Once completed, we recommend that the ring list is checked within your Pocket Clock to ensure that you do not have random years appear on the list. If you do see this, please do not sync the Pocket Clock and refer to the steps that can be found in the troubleshooting section of the step by step guide (Page 14) for you to follow to ensure that the update is complete and working as it should.

You are now ready for the 2024 racing season.

Have you completed the update of your UNIKON clocks to 3.2?

UNIKON Club System activations are now available and can be obtained from the website www.unikon.co.uk by following instructions on the activations tab.

If any contact details for the registered keeper of the UNIKON Club System have changed, please contact the office to request a registration form to be sent for completion and to avoid any further delays in obtaining the 2021 activation code.

Has the registered keeper of your club's loaned UNIKON Club Equipment changed?

If you have answered yes, please contact the UNIKON sales office for a registration form to be sent out and to avoid delays in obtaining the 2021 activaton code.

Have you thought about the batteries within your UNIKON Loft Clock & Pocket Clock?

The system will tell you when the battery is becoming low, however, we offer a precautionary battery change if you decide that you would rather have peace of mind before the racing season starts.
