J&K Construction Ltd was formed in 1998 and became incorporated in March 2002. We have over the past 20 years steadily increased our work load being careful to select our clients who have been for the main part, Local Authorities, UK business, architects and many private clients. We are also involved with professional surveying and architectural practices that regularly include us on their list of

approved main contractors to carry out a wide variety of projects such as schools and other educational buildings, factory units & office blocks.

Another major milestone reached at our Blundellsands project — structural works are now complete and we’re ready to move into the full fit-out phase.

This transformation has involved a complete back-to-brick renovation with extensive structural works to return the property to a safe, solid condition and create a modern family home built for the future.

The project includes many features including:

• Rear extension creating a stunning open-plan living space
• Large integrated double garage
• Full rewire
• Brand new plumbing & heating system with heat pumps
• Solar panel installation
• Full EWI external render system
• Complete new roof

We’re excited to bring this one through the next stage and reveal the finished result.
