Our new Linde H30EVO straight to work 💪

We’ve just completed repairs on this heavy-duty forklift cradle from a 20-ton machine for one of our dockside customers

The original bearings and pins were heavily worn, so we cut them out, cleaned everything back, and welded in new replacements — restoring it to full working condition

Back with the customer, ready to be reinstalled and get put back to work

6Ton Thwaites Dumper – Skip Rebuild 🔧

This one came in with a seriously damaged skip, so it was a full strip-back and rebuild job.

We cut out all the bent and torn sections, fabricated new 6mm steel plates, fully welded inside and out with flux core for maximum strength. Finished off with primer and Thwaites yellow, ready to go straight back out on hire. Back to work and built to last 💪

When 600hp isn’t quite enough… 🏁

We fabricated a full 3.5” stainless exhaust system for this stunning RS Cosworth Es**rt. With just 5mm clearance between the chassis and prop. This exhaust is a perfect example of precision engineering meeting pure performance. 🔧🔥

We had the opportunity to craft a set of custom steel cargo cages for an overseas shipping client. From start to finish, these were meticulously built in-house by our skilled team of experts👷

Once complete, they were shipped off to be put to work, helping load and unload cruise and cargo ships across the globe 🌍⚓️

We originally built it back in May and have been using it all year already. Didn’t want to post it until it was complete 😂

Wish we installed one years ago as it’s proved to be such a time saver!

One of our recent projects finished off today ✅
Collected by one very happy customer! 😁

We were asked to manufacture two sets of replacement pulpits for the very rare Fairey Huntsman.

News to us, but some of these Huntsman boats were in the James Bond film “From Russia with Love” at the end of 1963.
