We are seeking a skilled Drainage Engineer to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to excellent service by utilising your technical expertise to clear, clean, and unblock drains effectively.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform drain cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Diagnose drainage issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service during all interactions.
Conduct heavy lifting as required for various tasks.
Follow health and safety protocols while working on-site.
Document work performed and report any additional issues found.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to drainage systems.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Valid driver's license for commercial driving.
Be part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7/ 365 days a year.

We have an amazing opportunity for a full-time Junior Office Administrator to join our team, a family run business within a pleasant environment in Southampton.

As an Office Administrator for the business, you will be responsible for carrying out various functions within the office environment to help make sure that the administrative duties required are carried out efficiently.

Your main responsibilities are:
Day to day running of the office, engineer activities and administration;

You will establish a close and effective working relationship with our commercial, industrial and domestic customers.

You will also assist in communication efforts, which include answering and making phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing emails and maintaining correspondence.
To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service;

Ideal candidates:
Would have admin experience, however, full training will be provided.

To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures.

Maintain your company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards; Accurately record work/job details via a range of bespoke internal / client systems and applications.

Would be fully experienced however full training will be provided on the following basis.

This morning, we received an email from Abri on behalf of a tenant whose property we attended on Tuesday. Mark attended Tuesday morning for a blockage, it was identified that a picote de-scale would be required to resolve the ongoing issue, the de-scale was then carried out and completed by Tuesday afternoon by Mark and Tom. A great job well done 👏
