Congratulations Matt on his 7th year here at Heatcomp!

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone and recognising someone who has become a huge part of the Heatcomp journey over the last seven years.

Matt’s dedication, hard work and commitment have played a major role in the growth and success of the business. From day one, he has consistently gone above and beyond. Developing both personally and professionally throughout his time with us. His progression into the role of Operations Manager is a reflection of the effort, leadership and passion he brings to the team every single day.

Not only is Matt an important part of our operations, but he is also a valued member of the Heatcomp family. Someone the team can rely on and look up to. Emergency call out 🚨
When one of our care home clients contacted us to report a leaking water heater, our engineers responded quickly to assess the issue.
We attended the site in Tunbridge Wells where the failed hot water calorifier was safely removed and replaced. Full hot water services were restored within two days all while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
From safe isolation and removal through to installation, testing and commissioning, every stage was delivered to the highest standard, leak-free, compliant and fully operational.

The UK Government has paused planned changes to Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Air Conditioning Inspection Reports (ACIRs) in England and Wales.
