Just when you think somethings ready for the skip, there’s always someone out there that can save you money on buying a brand new one 🙋‍♂️

Customer brought in this pig feeder, I don’t need to say anything on the condition before! 🫣

Patched up and removed rot in vital areas with new plates, removed sharp edges for the pigs, and added new dividers where they had come off! Happy customer ✅

One of the wheels on this towing mixer had bent, and nearly snapped off! The other one was on its way out! 🫣

Customer brought it in, we had both the wheels off, repaired the brackets they were sat on and added a solid 25mm supporting strut on each wheel! Those wheels aren’t going anywhere other than forward and backwards 💪

Oops! 🫣

Someone had managed to snap the bracket on some aluminium tine extensions. So they brought it in, we cleaned everything up, got everything back in position, prepped the edges and put a full pe*******on tig weld in 💪

They’re now back using them as if nothing had ever happened, without having to fork out for a set of brand new ones! 💰

On-site job for a local farmer! 👨‍🌾

Quick repair on one of the essential brackets on a hedge cutter, the previous factory weld had snapped whilst using. We arrived, cut out all the previous weld to clean metal, put a multi-run weld in and was gone in an hour 💨

Safe to say customer was happy, and it won’t be breaking again! 💪

Hire us out for the day! 🚚👨‍🏭

A customer recently hired us out for the day to get a few jobs done on a building site! A lot of our customers like to go around it this way, as it saves them money on call outs for one job here, and another job there. Might as well get it all done in one go! 💪

In this instance;

✅ Fitted and welded on the pinching thumb for a digger bucket arm

✅ Welded up some splits in the dumper bucket that had appeared over time

✅ Welded some steps on to a few of the diggers, for ease of access

✅ Welded the handles onto a dumper cab, again for ease of access

✅ Welded handles on the top of some forklift tines, to make adjustment easier

Due to the dish supplier price going up massively the past year we just can afford to sell them at the old price of £250, however the offer still stands on this one! Grab it while you can 💨

Up-cycled from the dished end off 600kg LPG tanks, this 1 metre diameter, 4mm thick fire pit will stay around to keep you warm, your grandkids and your grandkids kids… you get the point, it will last generations! 💪

Can be complete with a removable half grill for an extra £100 (as seen in the last picture), however thats entirely your choice! 🍖

A recent job, in which this “roll on roll off” bin had rotten around the bottom edges! 🫣

We were tasked with making it good as new, in terms of structural strength and integrity, and so it doesn’t have any problems in the future. We cut out all the rotten areas, and replaced with patches of metal all the way down, and welded both sides! Safe to say it’s not going to fail them now! 💪

This customer wanted a new supporting beam adding onto the front of their trailer, for carrying large lengths without hitting the roof!

So they called into see us and we got it fabricated and welded there and then for them, and they went home a happy customer! 💪

Quick emergency job from the other morning! 🚨

A local farmer needed to use this sheep turnover crate for the day, and had planned on starting at 8! They came to get it out ready beforehand, to notice one of the joints had cracked and had made the frame unusable! 🤦‍♂️

We managed to get it in and sorted the same day, and had it ready for 07:30, so it wouldn’t mess up their day! 💪
