This was an enjoyable job!

Unfortunately this shear grab wasn’t built to last, the box section that housed the weld in tines kept splitting and eventually gave up entirely.

I ordered some stronger tines and housed them in a thicker gauge of box section. Reinforced the box with 8mm angle and 10mm flat plate.

Much stronger then the original and built to last years 👍🏻

Spent a couple of days re-lining this Bvl diet feeder out on farm in between feedings. It was certainly a challenge with lots of plates not fitting aswell as they could have but it’s all together and ready to mix feed for another year or two yet 👌🏻

The past few weeks have been incredibly busy! A few big services, lots of repairs and then a great mixture of fabrication too. Getting around to see all my great customers really brightens the mood after all this rain! Thanks to everyone for your on going work. 😁

Servicing from tractors to trailers along with breakdowns and welding repairs. It’s been a master busy week. Next week is looking very busy already so a massive thank you too all the customers! Remember we can carry out any servicing, repairs and fabrication on site with the mobile services aswell as in the workshop 😊
