As you are no doubt aware, the Government is trying to encourage businesses to re-open in a safe manner, practising social distancing & adapting working environments, where possible.

Whilst we have put measures in place, to best protect our staff, we ask you, our customers, to please play your part in helping to protect our drivers.

We ask if you could please adhere to the following:

Please do not approach the van, until the driver has disembarked and made himself known to you.

Please do not open the vehicle doors.

Please keep at least 2 metres away from the driver, whilst he unloads the vehicle.

Please do not close the vehicle doors, once unloaded.

Thank you for your co-operation in this matter, we really do appreciate it.

Hopefully, at some point, we can return to some sort of normality, but in the meantime, stay safe and look after yourselves.

COVID-19 UPDATE!!!

We sincerely hope that you all remain safe and well throughout what will understandably be a challenging time for everyone, both on a personal and professional level.

As a business the health and safety of both our customers and colleagues has always been, and will remain, our number one priority. We are continually monitoring the situation to ensure that our service and support remains consistent.

All of our depots including out sister company (East Kent Components) remain open and fully operational, and it is very much business as usual.

At the heart of our business is experience, and dedication to providing an unrivalled service by delivering the parts you need when you need them.

With people at the core of that service we are monitoring and adhering to government advice, and in a lot of cases going above and beyond to ensure we provide a safe working environment for you the customer, and to all our internal teams.

We have introduced rigorous guidelines to ensure good hygiene is exercised across all our business units.

Our Distribution Network

Our contingency planning has assured that we have extensive stock in place should we encounter any issues up and down the supply chain.

We are also in constant contact with our suppliers to understand the current situation including stock & service levels, and proactively make the necessary adjustments.

Should any of our sites need to close temporarily, we have already taken action to ensure minimal disruption to service levels both at a system and stocking level.

We will of course keep you informed of any developments should this arise.

It is important throughout this period that you help us and exercise the same caution that we are putting in place throughout the business. Health & Safety is our absolute priority and this remains paramount.
