Despite the rain and wind outside, we’ve had ProGrades leaving engineering at HQ today, alongside another stabling project. In addition, it’s been refurb day for a clients’ ProGrade Arena grader, alongside adding hydraulics. Take a look at the pictures for the full transformation!

ProGrade is suitable for any sand and fibre surface of any size, not just our own! It can be used on any arena, gallop or canter track in a home, training or competition environment.

We are certainly keeping the galvanisers busy this week as the next load of stables heads off from our engineering department at HQ.

The rain may have been falling but these ProGrades are destined for somewhere far drier! The latest shipping container loaded with our ProGrade equipment and now starting their journey to our brand new mixing plant in Saudi Arabia for clients in the UAE.

We have been providing surfaces, construction services, fibres and equipment abroad for decades. Adding a new mixing plant in the Middle East to our existing international network, is the latest development in our international expansion programme.

It’s been a busy start to the week at Greenlands Equestrian Centre where we have been removing, refurbing and also installing 555 tonnes of brand new ProWax surface on site.

We can’t quite believe it’s 10 years since we built the outdoor 80m x 60m outdoor ProWax arena and warm up, with integrated water feature here at Greenlands Equestrian Centre! Both arenas benefit from the ProWax Competition surface to suit the busy show schedule at Greenlands Equestrian Centre.

The end of another busy day at NAEC Stoneleigh as we maintain the surfaces after a busy summer season. This surface is used by nearly every equestrian discipline and has even had non-equestrian events taking place on it this year.l, however it continues to provide a high performance footing that guarantees stability and consistency regardless of the weather.

This surface is maintained by our ProGrade Plus equipment.

Thank you Katy Green for your wonderful feedback!

Katy trains and teaches on her GP surface at home, seen here winning on the Hybrid surface at HOYS 2026.

When Katy chose the GP surface, she was specially looking for an incredibly durable supportive surface that was capable of maintaining performance in all weathers. The surface needed to provide superior consistency for her young horses and be easy to maintain in medium to heavy use.

Katy maintains her surface with the ProGrade equipment and has also had clients now change the own surfaces at home to GP after riding on hers at clinics.

Well done Katy, we’re delighted to have been a small piece of this winning jigsaw!

It was a dominant performance from the North Herefordshire Pony Club at Horse of the Year Show to take the win not only in the LeMieux Products Cup but also the prestigious Prince Phillip Cup!

Huge congratulations to Evie, Thea, Hugo, Lily, Will and Chloe who put in hours on training on their ProWax surface ahead of such a fast and furious week. We delighted to see you training and winning on Andrews Bowen surfaces.

Whilst you were sleeping, our team have been busy at work removing the Horse of the Year Show Hybrid surface and loading it ready for reinstallation.

We often get asked about what happens to the surface at the show. Our surfaces are built to last and use the highest quality ingredients, therefore the removal and reinstallation of the surface has no effect on its ongoing performance or longevity. This surface is pre-owned but we do have some of the same mix already loaded back at our mixing plant for delivery to clients this week with more available.

Thank you to everyone that came to see us during the show and huge congratulations to all of those competing. It was particularly successful for a number of our clients with supremes, champions, winners and placing from the showing and winners/placings through the jumping and scurry too.
