AFC Bournemouth – Project Update ⚽️

The South East Corner and North West Corner are now almost complete, with the new stands really starting to take shape.

We’ll then be moving on to the new South Stand, with work scheduled to begin in November 2026.

We’re proud to be continuing to supply the terrace units and vomitory walls throughout the project and look forward to sharing more progress as the development continues.

WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION OPERATIVE (SILLOTH)

Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our Silloth teams to keep up with customer demand.

▪ New rate of £14.42 per hour with overtime rate after 45 hours!
▪ Progression opportunities for candidates with the right attitude.

Duties include:
▪ Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets;
▪ Thoroughly cleaning beds in preparation for the next pour;
▪ Setting up beds accurately to ensure high quality products to customer
specifications;
▪ Cleaning aisles and ends of concrete beds to ensure a safe working environment;
▪ Using and maintaining machinery and tools in accordance with training and safe operating procedures to ensure highest standards of safety are maintained at all times;
▪ Being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others at all times.

Requirements:
▪ This is a physically demanding position, therefore candidates should be physically fit;
▪ Strong focus on delivering quality products safely;
▪ A commitment to working as a team to meet daily production targets;
▪ Must have confirmation of reliable transport to our Silloth site;
▪ Must be reactive to feedback and receptive to change;
▪ Forklift experience is advantageous although in house training and certification will be arranged.
Successful candidates will be subject to a three month trial period to assess performance and reliability.

WE ARE HIRING! - 3.5 TONNE FORKLIFT OPERATOR

We have an opportunity for a reliable 3.5 Tonne Forklift Operator to join our busy T-Beams Yard at Silloth.

The right candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for the safe loading, unloading and movement of precast concrete products in a fast paced environment.

🔹Duties will include:
▪ Loading and unloading precast concrete products.
▪ Moving product around the yard and storage areas.
▪ Carrying out daily forklift safety checks and report any defects.
▪ Working closely with Production and Transport teams to meet delivery schedules.
▪ Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the yard.
▪ Supporting Production teams as and when necessary.

🔹Requirements:
▪ Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment is preferable however full training will be given.
▪ Ability to work well under pressure is essential.
▪ Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team.
▪ Good communication skills.
