Out with the old one and in with a new one 😁

Customer reported machine would not come out of recovery, although it was left running in recovery throughout the night 🤦🏻‍♂️ I think it’s safe to say the compressor has burnt out.

Old compressor out and new one installed, machine back up and running and one happy customer 👍

We’re currently midway through our project to supply, install, and provide operator training for the new AVL chillAIR R744 air conditioning machine, across a large number of Ford dealerships.

With both the Ford Explorer and Ford Capri (with the heat-pump option), now adopting R744 refrigerant, this rollout is arriving at the perfect time to support technicians with the latest service requirements.

Initial feedback from dealership technicians has been extremely positive, particularly around the new design, improved usability, and refinement of the chillAIR unit.

We’ve also completed an installation at the Henry Ford Technical Centre in Daventry, where the response has also been encouraging.

Ok, so it wasn’t quite the 12 days of Christmas, but it was 12 days of supplying and installing 12 x Mahle ArcticPro A/C machines for 12 Honda dealers. The group requested premium branded equipment that was easy to use, ready and capable for Hybrid/EV’s.
All backed up by our first-class service and support = 12 happy franchised dealers ….. no sign of any turtledoves or a partridge in pear tree though !
