This week Assure Catering Engineers were delighted to welcome Carl Hutchings to our premises for the fantastic CHT Electrical Training.

Carl Hutchings is widely regarded as the best in the business on delivery of training courses and its is clear why.

Carl's depth of knowledge and style of delivery are fantastic and all Engineers who attended left glowing feedback.

Assure Catering Engineers now have had all Engineers on the firm trained by Carl both in London and in Scotland. We feel this is an essential part of our engineers development as our staff are our greatest asset.

The course was also attended by some of the lads from Resolve Facilities Group arranged by Nathan Attrill and Kenneth Blair .

We look to develop this even further with Microwave and Fgas traing in the future.

Assure Catering Engineers have continued our fantastic start to 2026 by today signing a 3 year maintenance contract with a major hotel group for 7 sites in Central Scotland.

Having secured the Trump Turnberry and Glasgow Science Centre we have now secured the Catering and Refrigeration contract for this key hotel group

This site benefit from 7 day 24hr emegency cover always.

Assure Catering Engineers are award winning Electrolux Professional service partners and are preferred partner in Scotland's central belt.
All are MKN and Rational trained with a wealth of experience on all types and brands of Commercial Catering Equipment.

Smeg Pura Install day for Assure Catering Engineers in Glasgow City Centre.

Our customer having had enough of an ageing, problematic Meiko which was becoming a money pit- they have opted for the fantastic SPH525 Smeg Pura Dishwasher with a fantastic 2 year warranty and full tech support from Assure as an official Smeg Service Partner in Central Scotland.

The customer is safe in the knowledge that they are covered by full Smeg parts and labour warranty. The sale is followed up by customer training next week.

The feedback we are receiving on these machines is all positive with easy user interface, fully customisable programs and best of all inverter controlled variable speed wash pump. German brand quality at around half the price.

One of our key clients today benefiting from an installation of the Award Winning Smeg Pura Glasswasher today.

This customer has bought two of these units in the last month to replace some ageing equipment in the run up to the festive period.

Assure Catering Engineers are delighted to sponsor the new kit for the local Shotts YMCA Wolf Clubs for their first upcoming season.

Truly amazing group of people who give up their free time to facilitate 65 kids born in 2018 and 2019 to participate in football.

We are delighted to be part of this and wish them all the best for the forthcoming season.

Tough shift yesterday for Assure Catering Engineers.
Replacement of an ageing Rational 40 Grid CMP with a shiny new 40 Grid Icombi Classic for one of our key account customers in Dundee.

Very difficult access moving both units in and out of their location with units weighing over 300kg through multiple doorways.

Job completed without any disruption to kitchen, installed, commissioned and left running for evening service.

Also salvaged a number of PCB's and usable parts from old unit for sites other working CMP.
