We’re proud to announce the official launch of TJI Training Solutions in Perth, delivering practical, job-focused training across Fl**ge Management, Controlled Bolting and On-Site Machining.

When seized or corroded nuts need to come off, brute force isn’t the answer. 🔧

The Bolting Systems ENS Series Hydraulic Nut Splitter range provides a controlled solution for removing seized, corroded or damaged nuts, helping minimise the risk of damage to the bolt and surrounding components.

Covering nut sizes from 30 mm up to 130 mm AF, depending on the model, the ENS range includes a blade-positioning scale for controlled cutting depth, an adjustable cylinder design to help position the tool correctly around the nut, and a triangular replaceable blade with three usable cutting edges.

That means when one cutting edge becomes worn, the blade can be rotated to a fresh edge, helping extend blade life and reduce downtime between cuts.

Available for hire or sale from TJI Solutions, with fully certified equipment and technical support to help match the correct nut splitter to your application.

🤝 Hire / Sales Co-ordinator
Supporting customer enquiries, quotations, hire requirements, sales orders and the day-to-day coordination of equipment going out to customers.

Both roles will be joining a busy team supporting customers across the industrial tooling, controlled bolting and engineering sectors.
