At Sherburn Metalwork, our 4m x 2m flatbed laser cutting facilities and state-of-the-art bending and folding machinery allow us to carry out all sheet metalwork processes in-house.

We work with a range of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass, in various thicknesses. Our investment in the TRUMPF TruBend 5320 in 2025 added even more capability, with a 4,420mm folding capacity and 320-tonne pressing force.

At Sherburn Metalwork, our robotic welding capabilities cover assemblies up to 2.5m x 1m in 3D, with a maximum assembly weight of 500kg.

Our in-house design team uses 3D CAD software to support the process, while our jigs can provide complete harmonic movement to position weld seams at the optimum angle.

We offer both standard and pulse welding in mild steel and stainless steel, with fillet welding speeds of up to 1m per minute.
