We had a Twaites 9 ton dumper in our work shop in Somerset last week needing a centre joint replacement , line boring and centre plates replacing.

Top roller mount damaged by track ware after missing the top roller , repaired track back on and back to work on a solar farm in Cornwall👍👍

Working alongside CPS today to replace the bearings on the front axle A-frame on this Cat 730 dump truck. Safe to say the wear was caught just in time so no machining needed to the A frame. Another happy customer 🛠️

MOROOKA 2200 vd
Replaced the solenoid valve for locking the tail board this week on this tracked dumper.
Retro fit system by a local company , works really well
Machine now back to work. 👨🏻‍🔧👨🏻‍🔧👍

Kawasaki pro DX mule brought back to our workshop for complete overhaul of the brake system, but ended up also having a new engine as overheated due to excess mud blocking the radiator and not being cleaned regularly.

ZX 33u -6 in today for dual priority 1/2”control valve operated by a foot switch.
Gives the machine more control when using a flail.
