JSR Precision Engineers Limited, a busy Sub-Contract Engineering company based in the heart of Sheffield, has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Lathe Operator to join the team. We specifically use Doosan 480 CNC Lathe and Mazak Quick Turn CNC Machines in house.
Previous experience is essential, tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Must have experience with CNC Lathes (Programming and Setting)
• Must be competent at reading engineering drawings.
• Strong experience using measurement/inspection equipment.
• Experience of manual machining would also be an advantage
• Able to use own initiative
• Reliable and able to work as part of a small team with minimal supervision
• Be highly motivated and have an energetic approach
Salary negotiable, upon experience and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday with some overtime as and when required.
Experience with Doosan and Mazak advantageous.
