Look who’s ready for race day! 🦆❤️ Handover complete!

Our workshop takes on a lot of heavy engineering projects, but this week we had some very special, very bright little visitors! 🛠️🎨

We were thrilled to help out our friends at the Aurora Wellbeing Centre Bassetlaw by giving 146 of their corporate ducks a fresh lick of red paint.

This morning, the flock was officially handed back over, looking sharp and ready to dive into action!

🌟 At Penny Engineering we're continuing to invest in the future of our workforce by supporting our line managers through professional development opportunities, designed to strengthen leadership skills and build long-term capability across the business! 🌟

Following the success of last year’s ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills, delivered by Challenge Consulting in Nottingham, we've now supported two long-serving managers to complete the programme:

Kenny, Chargehand in Vehicle Mounted Equipment-Swinglift and John, Goods Lifts Production Manager, who between them have over 50 years of service!

The training introduced fresh management approaches, encouraged reflection on existing practices and provided practical ideas that could be applied immediately in the workplace.

By continuing to invest in our people, we're strengthening communication, supporting employee engagement and ensuring the business is well placed to meet the demands of a changing workplace.
