Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Automotive and power industries (both traditional and renewable) form the backbone of our application areas and many of the items we stock in Sheffield reflect our major industry interests. To complement our Tap and Threadmill programmes we have exclusive partnership agreements with other highly technical, like minded manufacturers of Solid Carbide Round Tools i.e.- Milling Cutters, Drills, Centre Drills, Cutters, Reamers- Tapping Accessories (boxes and collets) including synchronised- soft rigid tapping technology, self-reversing heads and Power Chucks. Automated Deburring, Champering, Spot Face and Counterbore tooling are also now a major area of our business and can also be supplied from our Sheffield stock.

When it comes to thread milling DC SWISS SA have one of the most comprehensive ranges available. The GW & GWi ranges pictured below start from M0.5 and come in 2.5xD to 4xD as standard as well as being produced in MF, S, SL, UNC, UNF & 'J' forms. Two different coatings and solid or through coolant mean we have thread mills to suit most enquiries. If it is something more bespoke you need you have the option of using all the expertise from the UK & Switzerland as a technical partner to work with you on your specific project.
