Last week we had a wheeled loader with a failed bucket link whilst every effort was made to locate a replacment part, we were forced to commission our own, upgraded to 50nm hardox accompnied with new pins, bushes and shims and fitted onsite. This beast is built to last!

A few Hydraulic rams overhauls, the first sees a steering ram off a Linde get a full strip down, polish and replacment seals before going back in to operation. The second ram shows a failed pulley bracket. This is a crucial part to the operation of coloum taillifts, unfortunatly this one was unsaveable but replacment ordered and ready to fit following a few final touches and its ready for LOLER.

Summers arrived and we are busier than ever. Here’s a look at Bronco’s recent jobs. ☀️

On of our technicians had his detective hat on investigating excessive pin wear on a customers wheeled loader.

Another carried out on site fleet servicing.

We completed a small job replacing a lift ram after a slight overloading incident.

Whether it’s a commercial vehicle, heavy plant or vehicle mounted equiptment, we have got you covered.

There’s nothing better than supporting people who truly love what they do. 🏁

This weekend we were proud to assist Army Sports Car Racing & Gildings Motorsport who competed in the Citroen C1 24hr endurance race at Silverstone.

Running two cars was full of challenges, but after long hours and a few mechanical curve balls, both cars finished competitively. Working alongside the army again was a reminder of what remarkable, resilient and hard working individuals they truly are.

We want to congratulate the team and look forward to the next one!

One of our mobile technicians conducted a preventative maintence inspection for one of our customers. A few minor repairs keeping costly downtime to a minimum.
