Allbart Ltd was established in 1974 and has grown year on year in size, experience and capability. Our present manufacturing base in Kent covers 22,000 square feet. We are experts at making sheet metal enclosures, panels and chassis for a diverse and extensive range of clients in such industries as: security; fire prevention; construction; fibre optics; food; leisure; communications; controls; education; electrical and electronic; automotive; vending; air conditioning and furniture. We are constantly striving to improve the flexible and high quality service we provide to such a diverse client base. A policy of prudent continuous investment in plant and equipment has enabled us to achieve this. Computer-aided-design and manufacturing equipment and other plant such as powder coating Silk-screen printing mean that we can offer a complete solution from design through manufacturing and finishing to packaging and delivery.

We’re excited to announce that a brand-new TRUMPF 3030 6kW Fibre Laser will be arriving at Allbart this November.

This represents a significant investment in the future of our manufacturing capabilities and will replace our existing 3kW TRUMPF laser, bringing increased cutting speed, capacity and efficiency across a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

The new machine will work alongside our existing 12kW LVD fibre laser, giving us even greater capacity and flexibility to support both our existing customers and continued growth.

As a UK manufacturer with over 50 years of experience, we’re committed to continually reinvesting in the latest technology, our people and our facility to ensure we can offer our customers the quality, reliability and service they expect from Allbart.

There’s plenty of preparation to do before November, but we’re really looking forward to seeing the new machine installed and in production. Another exciting step forward for Allbart.
