Pino & Sons – Sevenoaks
We are looking for reliable, skilled tradespeople to take on work allocated directly by me, on behalf of our company.
I am multi‑trade with over 30 years’ experience on the tools myself. Part of our company services includes project management, and whilst I love the work, I simply cannot stretch myself to cover everything alone. We are taking on more contracts all the time across Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas, so I am looking to build a small, trusted team I can call upon — people I can trust to leave on site and get the job done properly.
I am looking for:
• Plumbers
• Electricians
• Slab layers / Paviors
• Bricklayers
• Welders / Metalworkers
• Fence & Gate Installers / Fence Erectors
• Painter Decorators & Wallpaperers
• Carpet Fitters & Floor Layers
• Wet Room & Vinyl Installers
• Bathroom Installers
• General Builders / Handymen
• Landscapers / Gardeners
• All other trades considered
What I need from you:
✅ Your own transport & full set of tools
✅ Total reliability — turning up when you say you will, and communicating clearly if there are any issues
✅ Honesty & integrity — I run my business the right way, I treat people fairly, and I expect exactly the same from anyone working for me
✅ Good quality workmanship & attention to detail — I know good work when I see it, having done this for 30 years
✅ Polite, professional manner at all times when dealing with my customers
✅ Pride in your work and willingness to maintain the company’s high standards and reputation
✅ You will be required to wear company branded workwear / t‑shirt whilst on site
✅ Photos of your previous work & references from past clients are required
How it works:
When the jobs come in, I will allocate them directly to you.
I will be fully managing all these projects myself — I will meet you on site, go through everything in detail, and make sure you are completely happy and everything is agreed before any work starts. I will be overseeing every stage to ensure everything runs smoothly and to the high standards we expect.
No chasing payments, no finding customers — just turn up, do a great job, and get paid promptly.
Please note: This is occasional work — I will call you and allocate jobs to you as they come in, whenever you are available.
