*We are recruiting*

No flash pictures or dramatic advertising! We are looking for experienced operatives with a minimum of M1/M2 and 12 months experience, with a driving licence, to join our team.

Rates:

£120+ per day
£140+ per night

With additional uplift for weekends, and the opportunity to work days and nights.

Example of Required skills and work:

Setting up SRL temporary traffic lights.
Install/demob of Road closures and diversions
Manual control
Site Maintenance
Yard duties
Installing chapter for all given works

We are based out of Medway city estate, working across the south-east, we also offer additional incentives for hard workers and have team/company events every 6 months on the business, to show our appreciation.

We are hiring…

As a company we are growing with a very strong team, some amazing clients, with some exciting changes and growth.

We are in need of qualified 12d operatives (M1/M2 + M5) to join our team, with experience to deliver the following:

Install Road closures as per Plans provided
2/3/4-way light set ups to spec
Various temporary lights with ped lights
Battery changes on existing sites
Site maintenance
Man on site for road closure
Public and work force site management

(Must be able to drive and have 2 years experience)

We offer competitive rates, the opportunity to be part of a growing and exciting company, company van, phone and full time work.

Both PAYE and contractor roles available, both will be on a minimum of 5 days/nights a week with overtime available and all are expected to do one weekend a month and cover emergency call outs on an adjoining basis for a maximum of one week per month.

We also offer an uplift at nights and weekends, and are introducing a company

As a young business we are very busy and going through further accreditation’s and initiating processes for the benefit of both our staff and clients to deliver an amazing service and look after our staff that are the face of our business, including on going training and support.

We are currently looking for a M1M2 and M5 operatives, that have experience putting out temporary traffic lights, road closures and able to work days and nights.

We offer competitive rates of pay with a van and phone.

As a Kent based company we are a strong believer in supporting local charities and doing what we can to give back to the community.

Our director Tobias James played Santa clause to raise money for Demelza this year pre lockdown with social distancing to provide magic to children of all ages and abilities in partnership with other organisations.

Highway contractors made a donation for this great cause and were very proud and grateful to be part of such a lovely event that still went ahead despite these tough times and restrictions.

We are looking for a Streetworks operative for works in Margate. 1 weeks work starting 23rd - 27th November. Works are putting out small amount of TM and digging in grass verge for drilling survey and refill after survey.

Must have street works and driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience.

Competitive day rate with Van and tools provided.
