WE ARE RECRUITING!
Hydrahose Limited are currently looking for an office manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and duties will include all aspects of invoicing using Sage 50 accounts, processing monthly payroll through Sage Instant Payroll, liaising with our accountants, organising insurance renewals, dealing with e-mails and banking.
They will also be required to assist on the trade counter during busy periods, order stock, handle telephone calls and help with putting together quotes for customers.
Experience in an admin role will be required and knowledge of using Sage products would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
The applicant needs to be self-motivated, confident, have good organisational skills, good communication skills and be able to work on their own initiative to a given deadline.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm and based at our premises in Flixton. These hours are flexible and can be altered to suit the correct applicant. The pay will be dependent on experience.
