The first building a buyer enters might not be their new home...
When somebody visits a new development for the first time, something interesting happens.
Their experience starts before they enter the home they're considering buying.
The first impression could be:
▪️ The development entrance.
▪️ The signage.
▪️ The landscaping.
▪️ And very often, the sales or marketing suite.
That makes the environment much more than somewhere to hold brochures and discuss plots.
It's part of the customer journey...
🔸Somewhere people make a significant decision.
🔸Somewhere questions are asked.
🔸Somewhere trust is built.
🔸Somewhere customers begin imagining what living there might actually be like.
So when thinking about a marketing suite, perhaps the starting question shouldn't be: “What building do we need?”
Maybe it's: “What do we want a potential buyer to experience when they walk through the door?”
The distinction matters.
