Need it ASAP but worried about third party delivery delays? That is not an issue with us. 😅

We run our own delivery fleet for UK customers, using vehicles up to 26 tonne capacity, along with access to 40 foot containers and articulated transport. This gives us flexibility on delivery sizes and timing, backed up by a dedicated 2,500 sqm shipping and storage facility.

We also support supply options such as JIT, VMI and Kanban to help keep orders moving in line with customer demand.

Outside the UK, we work with trusted distribution partners to keep deliveries moving.

The first job after a break always feels good, especially when it's on the TruLaser 5030 Fibre. 🔥

This machine gives us plenty of flexibility on the shop floor, allowing us to cut everything from simple profiles through to more complex shapes while still achieving clean cuts and a high quality finish. That level of finish means less time is needed on additional work before parts move on to the next stage of production.

Using nitrogen cutting also helps prevent oxidisation on the cut edge, which in turn reduces the amount of prep needed before folding, welding or coating takes place!

We can take on welding jobs that others often hesitate with!

Using our Yaskawa six-axis robotic welding systems, each weld follows the same programmed path every time, which keeps quality consistent and reduces variation between parts.

It works particularly well on higher volume work where repeat parts and repeat programmes help keep production moving and allow us to turn jobs around at a steady pace for our customers. 🙌

The Batman and Robin of our workshop - the BendMaster and TruBend 5320 are a duo that never miss a beat.

Once set up for a job, they work in a constant flow with no need for manual handling between operations, which keeps downtime between parts low and allows the process to run at a steady, repeatable pace.

These machines handle simple shapes through to designs with almost limitless complexity, leaving clean edges and a high-quality finish that reduces extra cleaning or surface work. (Using Nitrogen cutting prevents oxidisation at the edges, helping parts move through pre-treatment faster).
