STRUCTURAL CONDITION SURVEY - TWO BEDROOM END OF TERRACE HOUSE, HAXBY.

Scurator was commissioned to undertake a structural survey of this property for the client before it was purchased. The reason for the survey was to assess if the fabric of the building is suffering from structural distress. The findings of the inspection were provided to the client in a report and issued within their time constraints!

Early this week we undertook a structural review of a number of issues associated with this house that is currently being refurbished. The client required a report and a list of remedial measures in terms of priority relating to the severity of the defects!
