Bag support frame.

Urgent repair. The call came in Tuesday morning at 9 am there are metal pieces coming off an inspection door to an industrial granulator and getting through into the end product drying machine and blowing the screens out. Their maintenance team removed the door and we collected at 9.45 am . We inspected the door for possible patching but it was too far gone to do a good repair even though it was crucial this was done quickly as production had to stop.we decided all round it was best to cut out and fabricate a new skin. The job was completed and back to the site by 3 pm the same day.

Fabrication of a stainless steel liner with a re used mild steel fl**ge from the coustomer. Some card board engineering of the small dome support was required to get the perfect fit. we then produced a cad drawing of the parts, I included a half lap for strength and ease of assembly.
All 8 mm 310 stainless steel parts were CNC plasma cut on our 3 mt x 1.5 mt CNC plasma table Techserv Cutting Systems Ltd .
The dome where supplied by metal profiling & engineer products Widnes, the 310 mig wire was supplied by Kay Welding Supplies and JASICTechWelding was the welding machine.

A job we completed at the beginning of December for a local large manufacturing company with depot all over the country. This motivational work was to show that without the little cogs the big cog doesn't turn. And is displayed in the main reception for everyone to see and use. Shaun Whitfield fans

We designed and fabricated this memorial bench 2 years ago for Widnes cricket club. We were surprised to see the plastic coating had been damaged and picked at by some wonderful young people. So we got the bench back and got all the plastic coat removed by shot blasting back to bear metal then it got powder coated in a zinc primer and top coated in a high gloss black. And it definitely looks as good as the day we delivered it to our customer. Widnes Cricket Club Shaun Whitfield fans

Fabrication of 2 stainless steel filling adapters.
Not all parts have to be supplied by the machine manufacturer. 1st reason is to keep it local,The time from the manufacturer is normally months and tends to be made abroad 2 nd it costs most machines manufacturers put a premium on spare parts.we are not saying they all do. But if you can keep it local all the better. All parts where Tig welded and acid cleaned after fabrication.

Fabricated from 3 mm.these parts are for aligning pallets. All done in house in our fully equipped workshop in Runcorn Cheshire.
We designed these with locating tabs to align the parts in the 6 mm thick floor plate.which saved time in the assembly process as there was no need to measure and mark. fans

Stainless steel drum lid modification. We where supplied the drum lids by our coustomer. We created a cut file on our CNC plasma table that cut out the holes required.we TIG welded all parts together.

Another order of locker plinths for the same company but 250 mm tall. Our CNC plasma earned its keep over the last two days cutting out all the blank profiles from 2mm steel
