When the finished crusher bucket assembly arrives into the warehouse from fabrication and assembly, it has already been greased and tested on a basic hydraulic rig to ensure smooth operation of the machinery.

It then has hoses and hydraulic auto-crush control valves fitted, which is the stage pictured here. Another pressure test and run-up is then conducted, as part of the PDI process. This ensures every bucket goes out to the customer, ready to work.

We're not just pulling stuff out of a shipping container and hoping it's okay.

The BAV-CB1 is the smallest, lightest crusher bucket we build. Our test rig for hydraulic installation and PDI checks won’t run slower than this, so it has to be strapped down. Poweeer!

In the raw. The moment before the fabricated and assembled crusher bucket enters the paint shop is always a satisfying view.

It's already had initial assembly hydraulic checks, all grease points fully lubricated beforehand.

Next it goes to have the hydraulic valve and hoses fitted, before final PDI and pressure test. So when your crusher bucket arrives on site, it's ready to work right away and to keep crushing for years to co
