With a 408 litre usable capacity across three adjustable shelves, the unit provides ample storage for ingredients and prepared items. The 2/1 gastronorm compatible interior offers excellent versatility, allowing shelves to be replaced with gastronorm trays that slot directly into the shelf supports for streamlined food service operations.
Built with strong stainless steel construction inside and out, the fridge features powerful forced air cooling that ensures consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet. The self-closing door mechanism delivers added safety and efficiency, whilst 100mm of high-quality insulation further helps to keep running costs down. An automatic electronic defrost function keeps components frost-free and operating at peak performance.
