Seen S/EX on a product on the Myriad website?

S/EX stands for Service Exchange.

A Service Exchange product is supplied against the return of the existing core, helping keep suitable components within the exchange programme.

It is also important to remember that Service Exchange and re-manufactured do not mean the same thing.

Myriad can supply both new and re-manufactured products on a Service Exchange basis. S/EX describes how the product is supplied, while RE-MAN describes the condition of the product itself.

Know the unit, but not the part number?

Start there.

You do not need to know exactly what to search for before asking Willis for help.
