ded. Typically our work covers new build work and maintenance contracts, control systems, design, installation, modification and maintenance. Our services include fire and security alarm installations and maintenance, door entry systems, electrical inspections, fault finding and lighting schemes (including emergency lighting and temporary lighting). As the company has grown it has taken on many larger projects alongside the smaller ad hoc jobs. We expect of ourselves (and of our engineers) to deliver a quality product and conduct work in a clean, efficient and customer friendly manner. We take care, no matter how large or small a project to consult and advise the customer through all stages, to get it right and on time. We have a good reputation and do not tolerate substandard work or indifference to customers and their staff. To assure customers of the quality of our work, the company is accredited to various standards and verification bodies including ISO, NICEIC, CHAS, FGAS, B&ES, Construction line etc. Our charge rates are highly competitive, especially in relation to city sites and, although the company is Essex based, we regularly work throughout the Home Counties, London and the South. We are willing to consider requests for term work in the Midlands and North.
